How it works:

•  Download the application, register and get a personal ID and addresses of Meest Shopping warehouses in Europe and USA, to which online stores will deliver your orders.

Very bad experience. The application doesn't work, and will not verify your email. So the application installation stops at that point. Tried it three times, it just sat with a blue circle spinning for 15+ minutes. Had to call the company for two days to get my package because their automatic lock box wouldn't open. This isn't the only bad experience I had with them. Last time they sent back something I ordered from another country without notifying me it was here. This company is terrible!!!

Terrible service! My $369 package was completely destroyed. The US sender packed it perfectly and provided photo proof from the conveyor. Yet, it arrived bloated, re-taped, and the original air cushions were removed. Inside, everything was broken and scratched! When I filed a damage claim, support explicitly told me it was my problem! Zero responsibility and disgusting attitude. I will never use this delivery again. Strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND!
