How it works:

•  Download the application, register and get a personal ID and addresses of Meest Shopping warehouses in Europe and USA, to which online stores will deliver your orders.

•  Make a purchase in an online store in Europe or United States, specifying the address of the Meest Shopping international warehouse and personal ID, obtained during registration.

•  Register your online order in the appropriate section of the Meest Shopping application.

•  Create a shipment and pay for delivery.

•  Receive your order from the courier or at the nearest Meest office.

Ratings and reviews

Not used friendly at all. Tried to register but can't fill in the needed fields - when I enter name and last name nothing happens and when I enter my phone number it shows an error even though it's correct. Customer service never replied. Tried doing second account and got the same problem

Worst UX ever! I add a card, try to pay my order. I need to choose my card from drop-down menu... and again enter number, date, cvv. Why? Why? And after that it display error.

There is no domestic shipping within the USA from a US address, which is not clearly communicated. This is a non-transparent service design that has not been properly addressed. If you plan to use this service, make sure to contact support first and be prepared to wait up to 5 days for confirmation whether such a service is available - only then make a decision. In my case, this resulted in financial loss and a missed gift for a person who was expecting it.
