The MegaCabs Mobile App makes booking easier and more convenient for passengers on the go.

We Provide:

• Book your trip: Tap on ‘Book Your Trip’ to book your travel. We are allowing users to book rides 5 days prior to their travel.
• Easy accessibility: Book your cab any time of the day, as we provide 24/7 customer service.
• Booking location: Book your ride anywhere in the cities but limited to mentioned service cities
• Emergency SOS Feature: In case of an emergency during a trip, if users pressed the SOS button, the following things will get triggered:
- An SMS alert will be sent from the customer mobile app to the MegaCabs call centre team. This helps ensure quick response and passenger safety
- A phone call will be initiated from the customer mobile app to the MegaCabs call centre team.
