I'll give it a 2 because it probably works for someone but I've never once been able to connect the plitch companion app(s) to my PC for some reason this one is no different

New app, new problems. Does not connect, does not have any of my saved favorites but I am signed in. Please update!

At the moment, your favourites are saved separately in the app and in the PLITCH Client. As to the connection issues, please open a support ticket at www.plitch.com/en/support and we will try to help you as soon as possible.

Can you please contact our support at www.plitch.com/en/support as the comment section is not very convenient for communications, and we will solve the connection issue for you. This is usually due to firewall setting on the PC.
