You can't even sign up for Club M. If you try to enter your email address after clicking Sign Up, it only will say "User ID/email is incorrect. Please try again" And as there's never anyone at the Guest Relations counter, good luck signing up.

i hate this stupid app. i already spent money here and couldn't get the app to work and now i don't get my reward points. they need to allow a way to get reward points by providing a receipt or something.

App has so many issues. It first worked but than the store couldn't recognize the account. I made a new account and now I can't sign onto the app.
