Ratings and reviews

I get logged out all the time for no reason. When it adds an event to my calendar, it's always wrong, as if it is using the wrong timezone. Also, when I open the app, it ALWAYS closes automatically, and I have to reopen it. Not user friendly at all! One of the worst apps that I use regularly. I don't leave reviews often, but I have to point out how awful this app is to use. Makes megaplex look cheap.

Update 10/6/18 They finally got the login issue fixed and so I am able to log in and the app is very nice. however, the gift card system still is not able to work. the message that I was getting from the app was that the gift card number was not in the system and so I thought that it was because the card I have been using is over two years old I went and swapped it for a brand-new gift card. I still get the same error. The only reason that I bought a gift card was so that I could buy tickets without a convenience online fee. 9/21/18 Newest update still doesn't fully link the login account to the reward number. If it does, it doesn't act like it. Also, it won't accept ANY gift card, new or old. "Can't find the number" is what I get. Frustrating is the word that describes this app. I bet you've lost thousands and thousands in revenue because of it.

App developers: I signed up through the app, and when I added my birthday, I had to arrow through *30+ years* of months to get to the right date. I'm old! Please choose an easier format for entering birthdates. I also wasn't given a prompt when buying tickets on the website to download the app until the end, and then had to choose between downloading my paid tickets or clicking away (risky) so my tickets don't show up in-app. More of a website issue, but I wish I could port my existing tickets.
