The new version of the app is terrible, things are hard to find and the worst thing is I can no longer use my points from the app. Why? As loyalty members and people who go to movies often should be able to have the convenience of redeeming my points for concessions without going through the line. It makes no difference if redeemed in the app or at the counter however the lines are consistently long and you often have a member who does not know how to use the POS systems correctly.

The new app is pretty terrible really. Sure you can buy your ticket and some food... but that's about where the convenience goes away. You used to be able to use your points when checking out for the things your points covered like free refills or a discount on a certain amount spent. Now you have to do that at the theater. Add on that they don't actually have everything each theater sells for concessions on their menu, so if something looks good after you bought something else.. too bad.

This is the worst update I've ever seen and I'm an IT guy, I've seen MANY terrible updates. It shows I have enough points for extra tickets, I can't use them. Selecting the points just shows them available then trying to select seats, it says I don't have enough points for free tickets but I clearly have enough. This is all on top of not being able to tell if I still have the megapass active or if I need to renew it, it literally doesn't tell me. "Manage" opens browser?! What are you doing?!?
