The new app is pretty terrible really. Sure you can buy your ticket and some food... but that's about where the convenience goes away. You used to be able to use your points when checking out for the things your points covered like free refills or a discount on a certain amount spent. Now you have to do that at the theater. Add on that they don't actually have everything each theater sells for concessions on their menu, so if something looks good after you bought something else.. too bad.

I hate the new update. I can't see how many reward points I have only what rewards are available. I used to be able to log in with my phone number, now you have to use an email. Not all the food options are available through the app anymore which makes it inconvenient to have to order food in person when it's really busy. I also don't like the new layout. There wasn't anything wrong with how it was. please change it back.

This is the worst update I've ever seen and I'm an IT guy, I've seen MANY terrible updates. It shows I have enough points for extra tickets, I can't use them. Selecting the points just shows them available then trying to select seats, it says I don't have enough points for free tickets but I clearly have enough. This is all on top of not being able to tell if I still have the megapass active or if I need to renew it, it literally doesn't tell me. "Manage" opens browser?! What are you doing?!?
