They don't bring a receipt with the order. They butchered my order but asked me to pay the original cart price, then they were unable to produce a new receipt matching the items I received. Their customer service is terrible. If you choose the Mada option they will come without the machine and ask you to do a bank transfer! Their prices are up to 30% higher than competitors. Some items are double the price. I hope I am never desperate enough to use this application again.

I've been using the app for a while now.. There is still a problem setting my location in the app (4 digit number does not appear) I called customer service... They told me to communicate my location to the driver each time I order... Unfortunately not all drivers call me.. And they go to the wrong address in the app before they call me... And this problem is still not fixed

Megathy is useless. What ever items I want is not available and when I want something all the time slots are book. Even the next day time slots are booked. It's not possible that they have so many customers. Its just that they don't want to sell. Hated it. Zad is better.
