Have you ever scanned a QR code and then forgotten where the URL went?
niji code is a QR code app that keeps a complete history of scans and generation.
The original image from the scan is also saved with a thumbnail, making it easy to review later.
▼ What you can do
【Scanning】
Simply point your camera at it to read QR / Micro QR / rMQR / Aztec / DataMatrix.
It can also read images from your photo library and supports inverted black and white QR codes.
It doesn't read barcodes (EAN / UPC, etc.) on receipts or price tags,
so you can pick out only the desired QR code even on a page with many codes.
【Three display modes for scan results】
You can switch between three tabs to check the scanned codes: "Original Image," "Cropped," and "Redrawn."
"Redraw" is a mode that rereads each cell of the code and draws it cleanly, so even if the captured image is blurry, it will display a clear pattern.
[Generate]
QR codes can be specified from version 1 to 40, and error correction levels L/M/Q/H.
There aren't many apps that can generate Micro QR codes, but this app supports level specification from M1 to M4.
[History]
You can view the scan and generation history in tabs.
Everything is saved on your device and is never sent to a server.
[Rainbow Theme]
Each time you launch the app, a random accent color is selected from the 10 colors of the rainbow (red, orange, yellow, green, blue-green, blue, indigo, violet, pink, and black).
You can also fix it to your favorite color.
▼ Privacy
Scan results, saved images, and history are all saved only on your device.
Nothing is sent to a server.
No account registration, no ads, no tracking.
The app tracks the number of times notifications within the app have been opened,
without revealing who opened them.
▼ When to use this app:
・Quickly scan QR codes on business cards or flyers
・Easily convert URLs into QR codes
・Embed Micro QR codes into knitting patterns or labels
・Review previously scanned QR codes
▼ Background
Originally, this app was created for my own use with the niche purpose of "creating Micro QR codes to embed in knitting patterns."
While developing features like history management, I thought it might be useful for others as a basic QR code tool, so I decided to release it.
Simple and reliable.
I hope you'll use it as your basic QR code tool.
Scan, generate, and manage the history of QR/Micro QR codes. All data is stored on the device / No ads.
