About this app

Sodachi Note is an observation record app for support staff in after-school day services and child development support programs. Simply speaking creates an observation record of the day's events, and AI-powered questions cultivate the very "quality of observation."

■ Teachers only need to speak about what they noticed
No complicated operations are required.
① Speak… A brief description of the day's events.
② Organize into an observation record… AI acts as a behind-the-scenes assistant for drafting.
③ Gentle communication… Words that resonate with parents.
Use either voice or text. You can make corrections as many times as you like, on the spot. The teacher and child are the main characters; the AI ​​is a quiet assistant, helping with the drafting.

■ The more you use it, the deeper your observational skills become.
It doesn't just take over the record-keeping. After you speak, the AI ​​gently asks a follow-up question, and by the time you finish writing, you'll notice things you might have overlooked. Recording becomes observation training, and even new staff members gradually gain the perspective of veterans.

■ Improved Communication
By removing subjectivity and assumptions, the observed facts are presented in a gentle and relatable way for parents. Teachers can review and edit the final version.

■ Connecting with Plans
Individual support plans and daily observations are linked in both directions. The AI ​​prompts follow-up questions aligned with the objectives, and daily records serve as the basis for a review six months later. The gap between plans and observations can also be visualized (Premium).

■ For Administrators and Multi-Location Managers (Premium)
Standardize the quality of records and communication, facilitating training and retention of new staff, and visualizing growth. Multiple locations can be monitored across headquarters.

■ For Safe Use
• Records are encrypted and stored on servers in Japan (Tokyo) (AES-256).

• When data is passed to the AI, children's and teachers' names are replaced with symbols for anonymization. Real names are not received by the AI.

• Audio is deleted immediately after transcription and is not saved.

* Consent regarding your child's observation records will be obtained by the facility through a written consent form for parents.

* You can only access data from your own facility; records from other facilities are not visible.

* Who operated the system and when is recorded and retained, and this record cannot be changed or deleted later.

Perfect security is impossible. That's why we'll honestly explain the measures we can take.

Free Plan… Up to 3 children, no initial fee, no minimum contract period
Premium… ¥9,800/month per location (tax included). Early adoption benefits and multi-location bulk pricing available.

The National Health Insurance Federation billing software remains the same. It can be started for free as an add-on to lighten the workload for record keeping and parent communication.

子どものページに「日々のそだち」を追加しました。

■ 日々のそだち
子どものページに新しいタブを追加しました。これまでの成長の様子や、支援計画への取り組みの状況が、記録をつけるたびに見えるようになります。

■ 見ておいてほしいこと
保護者の方が施設とつながったあと、「見ておいてほしいこと」をお伝えいただける案内画面を追加しました。あとからいつでも設定を変更できます。

■ 記録の確認画面
記録を送信する前の画面に、先生が気づいたことを書き留めておける欄を追加しました（入力は任意です）。

■ そのほかの改善
・通知が届きにくくなる場合がある不具合を修正しました
・きょうだいでご利用の場合に、写真の添付ができないことがある不具合を修正しました
・管理者の方の子どもページの表示を、支援員の方の画面と揃えました

あわせて、プライバシーポリシーを更新しました（本人の意思の表明・見てほしいことの記載を追加）。アプリ内からご確認いただけます。
