Very simple and easy to use
I don't really like the update for the app.I HATE that I have to click the arrow to go to the next date to see what clients are scheduled. It was so much easier to swipe my finger and it go to the next date, especially if I'm going back and forth looking at dates if I need to reschedule people. I wish you would change it back to swiping to the next date!!
My small start up medical practice uses mytime and we have been very satisfied with the web version. The app is a new feature, and has been very useful. It has some growing to do but as a supplement to the web version it works just fine. The customer service is excellent and they are always adding new features, sometimes based on our feedback as end users. I have used a lot of practice management/EHR systems and by far find this to be the most comprehensive, intuitive and user friendly product. I expect the app will catch up with the web version in no time.
Most efficient scheduling app I've used so far. I've never experienced an outage and I love texting with clients from my business instead of my personal number!
I can't stand MyTime. I only use it because my company does, but we're constantly dealing with glitches and problems and consistently having to contact tech support where they have a knack at explaining it's somehow our fault. I just downloaded the update and now it glitches when I try to make appointments. I can't look up clients which now makes this useless.
