Updated the app last night and now it's not working for me. Prior to update I kept getting kicked off the app every time I left the window to check something. This app is always malfunctioning in one way or another. Gets kind of annoying. I only use it because I have to. Our salon chooses to use it. Update: We're all experiencing problems right now with the App

There is always something wrong it seems. Between updates and changing services. It'll just delete random appointments. Takes forever to upload. It's just more of a hassle more than anything and it hurts our business more than helps it I feel. And that is just with the computer at work. I'm constantly having to uninstall and reinstall the app on my phone and it STILL doesn't work properly. 🙄

Perfectly fine when it works, out of my coworkers I seem to be the only one with consistent issues, & also the only one without an iPhone, though I really hope that isn't relevant info. Sometimes I can't get it to show me the new appointments on the book. I don't get notifications til 10PM for bookings &/or clients that have checked in at like 1PM. If you can add that they requested a specific stylist on the app, I haven't found it yet. Sometimes I can fix things temporarily by reinstalling.
