I was happy with this company until lately when I discovered that they charged more than what is in the contract, when I contacted the company they kept saying that I made an international call , that doesn't exist anywhere , I asked for prrof of this imaginary call , and guess what , they just ignore my request. great ethics for a 4 euro.

The app is really slow and not very innovative. To pay a bill or top up there isn't even an auto fill option for your credit card. Having to type it in every time is very inconvenient especially coming from such a big company.

The app is sluggish and slow. Devices from melita WiFi vanished and cannot add them back. And yes i did follow your registration instructions. The service is just bad! Update: App is still slow and doesn't always load. Please stabilise this app. Employ someone to fix it. It's really mediocre!
