FacileApp Taxes is designed to help tax authorities to be able to collect taxes, levies, royalties... from taxpayers without fraud and in complete security. Merchants can also use it to manage billing within their business operations. So the app works with three types of users and here are the details:
1) The Administrator: creates the account, and manages all the functionalities of the application, such as: creating the user accounts, bringing out the reports of the operations of the collectors and cashiers, remotely seeing the activities of each user in the application…
2) Collector: registers the operations relating to the payment of a taxpayer and prints the receipt via a Bluetooth printer incorporated in Android POS or connected to the Android smartphone used.
3) Cashier registers the daily installments of all payments recorded by the collectors and prepares reports relating to his role.
All the data recorded by the collectors is stored in the internal memory of the device used, they (the data) are synchronized instantly to our remote servers if the device used is connected to the internet, In case the device used is offline, the user can save the operations but these will be automatically synchronized to our remote servers when the device is connected to the internet.
Administrators can access all features and operations related to their organization's activities through a computer by logging in from our web application facileapp.org/ft
