Features:
- Tutorial Video added
- Tutorials section added to the more menu
- When a user is disabled, their account is disabled they will not be visible in the accounts feed, and cannot login
- When an item is reported (event/business), if owner user is disabled these items will be hidden in the feeds
- When a community/group/chat is reported, if owner user is disabled these chat instances will be disabled
- Added placeholder initials for accounts with no profile image
