Bills. Mail. Medication. Tech trouble. Or just wanting something described. MeMe Care is a voice-first app that looks, listens, and explains — plainly, patiently, and without rushing.

A BILL SHOULDN'T FEEL LIKE A TEST

MeMe Care is for the ordinary, important things a patient person used to walk through in person — explained plainly, out loud.

• Bills & mail. From utility statements to Medicare letters. MeMe Care describes what it sees and names the parts that matter.
• Medication labels. Reads the name, dosage, and warnings out loud. Never advises on dosing — always defers to the pharmacist.
• Possible scams. Flags urgency, impersonation of Medicare, IRS, or banks, and strange phone numbers — before any money moves.
• Technology help. Point the camera at a confusing screen — a Wi-Fi popup, an email, a remote — and get a walkthrough in plain language.
• Describe something. Hold up anything — a jar, a plant, a photograph, a piece of mail — and MeMe Care says what it is.
• Follow-up questions. After the explanation, ask back. "What's the due date?" "Is this a scam?" MeMe Care stays on subject and answers plainly.

We built MeMe Care for our own parents. Along the way it became clear the same patient voice is needed by a lot of people:

• A parent living independently who wants to keep it that way
• A grandparent — Wi-Fi passwords and Medicare letters can be a lot
• A spouse who wants a patient second set of eyes for both of you
• Someone with low vision. Point, tap, listen — reads small print, labels, and screens out loud
• Someone who finds reading hard — dyslexia, cognitive changes, a new language. Read back plainly, no judgment
• You, eventually. The paperwork doesn't get lighter

ONE PERSON ISN'T EVERY PERSON

Built-in communication styles set once and forget — Standard, Short & simple, Easy read, Literal & direct, Slower pace. The app adapts to the person using it.

THEY STAY INDEPENDENT

• No passwords. No accounts. Open the app and it works.
• No card entry on their phone. Whoever pays handles billing once; the senior never sees a paywall.

• Works in English and Spanish.

WHAT MEME CARE WON'T DO — ON PURPOSE

• Never tells anyone to pay a bill or sign a document. Always: "If this is yours, check with family first."
• Never claims a piece of mail belongs to the person holding the phone. Describes what it sees — which catches misdelivered mail, scams targeting deceased family, and identity theft.
• Never advises on medication dosing or interactions. Describes the label, defers to the pharmacist.

Photos and explanations are never stored on our servers. Every scan is processed in real time and discarded the same request. The AI runs through a privacy-protected provider that does not train on your words.
