HAM RT Manager places players in the role of a temporary neighborhood association (RT) leader for a few days. Each day, players receive quests from residents about human rights issues. With a limited RT budget, players must choose which issues to prioritize through a system of dialogue choices and resource management. This game transforms human rights learning from theory into an emotional experience. Every decision has real consequences for the lives of residents from diverse backgrounds. Through warm top-down visuals and relaxing music, the game builds empathy and teaches that leadership isn't about being a hero who solves all problems, but about listening, understanding, and respecting the dignity of every person, even when decisions seem impossible.
