INSTALL ON PHONE AND WATCH
Install WristScribe separately on each device from this listing. Pair your Wear OS watch using its normal companion app and use the same Google account in Play on both devices. On the phone listing, choose your watch with the device selector or Install on more devices, or install from Play on the watch. Open both apps and check their connection. During closed testing, join both phone and watch tests using the developer invitation.

CAPTURE ON YOUR PHONE
Record or type in one draft. Pause and resume speech, edit the visible text, and tap Finish to save it. Your phone maintains your journals, titles, favorites and entry edits. Search your library and revisit recent or favorite journals.

FREE WATCH RECORDING
The watch holds up to 20 unsynced text recordings, including recordings waiting for phone confirmation, and shows the latest pending recording. At 20, capture stops without overwriting older recordings. A slot is freed only after the phone confirms that the exact recording was saved. The phone chooses the destination journal when it receives each recording. Both current apps and a compatible paired phone/watch are required for sync.

WATCH FACE COMPLICATION
Add the WristScribe shortcut complication to a compatible small-image watch face slot. Tap it to open recording directly. Availability depends on your watch face; no separate watch subscription is needed.

PHONE PREMIUM
Phone 1.0.7 offers a 30-day demo activated with Google sign-in, without payment details or automatic subscription. Reinstall recovers the same account's original expiry; different accounts have separate demos. Monthly/yearly paid plans follow only if you choose to subscribe. Premium enables creation, editing, favorites, restore and new watch receipt. Verified access works offline; reboot may require explicit verification, and paid leases last up to seven days. After expiry, saved content stays readable, shareable, exportable, available for backup and deletable. Queued watch recordings are retained.

TEXT, NOT AUDIO RECORDINGS
WristScribe saves transcription text and has no audio playback. Speech accuracy, supported languages and offline recognition depend on the speech service on each device. That service may process audio online. Phone Settings provides separate phone/watch language choices and optional local conversion to English letters; this converts script rather than translating meaning. An interrupted capture may recover a private text draft, but recovery is best effort.

SHARE AND KEEP A BACKUP
Share selected journals as text attachments, or export TXT, Markdown or ZIP through Android's file picker. Create and restore a manual checksummed WristScribe backup. Backup files are plaintext and are not encrypted. You choose the destination; an installed document provider may offer cloud storage. WristScribe does not provide automatic cloud backup, and restoring a subscription does not restore journals.

PRIVATE BY DEFAULT
Journal text stays in private app storage and moves between your paired devices through the Wear OS Data Layer. WristScribe has no advertising or analytics and no developer-operated journal or audio uploads. Optional local reminders contain no journal text. Phone settings can require your device credential and hide screenshots or recent-app previews. You control when to share, export or back up your content.
