Coins are awarded once a day, per video.

You can use the collected coins to play the gacha.
There are 4 types of prizes: keychains, T-shirts, plush toys, and cups × 25 characters = 100 types in total.

You can review the prizes you've obtained anytime on the collection screen.
Collecting all the prizes unlocks a special secret video.

[5] Prank Call Button
Press the "Phone" button at the bottom of the screen to play a ringtone.
Press it again to stop it. Perfect for a little prank.
