I scheduled a refill recently but my order was cancelled at the last moment mentioning that the CAFU is not delivering today. So the CAFU Support asked me to keep scheduling and CAFU will refill as per their convinence. So my wallet balance of AED 146 was refunded after deducting AED 60 which I believe CAFU needed for the operations. So, now there is no motivation to be associated with CAFU and hence I deleted my account.

Very disappointing service. Every time I try to book fuel, the app shows “Service Unavailable.” Customer care keeps giving the same response about “temporary operational constraints,” but this has been going on for months. My last successful booking was on Nov 5, 2025, and since then (until Feb 20, 2026) I haven’t been able to book even once. Completely unreliable and no proper resolution provided.

Very glitchy app. It sometimes confirms an order without actually completing it, which only becomes evident after about an hour, when the message "leave you fuel call unlocked" disappears without delivery. After every order it takes over the screen with a request for feedback and when you press skip, the app freezes. It also has various up-sell pop-ups which are very annoying and cannot be disabled. It is such a shame that the app is so frustrating, as the fuel delivery service itself is great.
