their service has been unavailable for most of the time. I had purchased credit and added it to my wallet balance. can't use is and have to go to the pump everytime because they are out of service most of the time and when they are available, they never deliver on time and have refunded my priority delivery charges because they can't deliver as promised.

Ever since they have launched the paid service or the bundle with Prime they ha e never had any availability of fuel for any of the locations one picks. There is no indication either on when a fuel delivery slot may be available. So one cannot really benefit from the benefits of the membership since when you actually need the fuel Cafu does not have your back. Highly likely this is going to go down a closure route.

I’ve been using CAFU since the early days and used to be one of their most loyal customers, but the quality has gone completely downhill. The car wash service is honestly terrible now. They barely clean properly — water spots left everywhere, dust still on the mirrors and dashboard, streaks on the glass, and dirt around the edges like they just rinse and leave. It doesn’t even look washed after they finish. For the price they charge, it’s shocking how little care or effort goes into the job.
