their service has been unavailable for most of the time. I had purchased credit and added it to my wallet balance. can't use is and have to go to the pump everytime because they are out of service most of the time and when they are available, they never deliver on time and have refunded my priority delivery charges because they can't deliver as promised.

Ever since they have launched the paid service or the bundle with Prime they ha e never had any availability of fuel for any of the locations one picks. There is no indication either on when a fuel delivery slot may be available. So one cannot really benefit from the benefits of the membership since when you actually need the fuel Cafu does not have your back. Highly likely this is going to go down a closure route.

there is no way to respond to pilots messages. the help function does not work. there is no tracking of when the pilot will arrive. they do not arrive on time (sometimes late, sometimes early), but there is no way to ask Cafu because they do not reply to WhatsApp messages, even in emergencies.
