waiting all day with no available deliveries. used to be a proponent of this app, now it's just unreliable. also, when you contact customer service about when it will be available next, all they say is that they are working on it, log on in a few more minutes, well, it's been 12 hours. customer service is absolutely useless, AI generated probably. standard answers that don't solve any issues

I believe this is the worst service I have ever used in my life. When I replaced the battery through them, it was damaged after only two months. When I contacted them about the warranty and related issues, they told me they needed the paper card, even though the payment and the order were made entirely through the application, which clearly shows all the information. Even after I provided them with the battery’s serial number and the cafu sticker attached to it, they still ignore!

Good if you know you need fuel in 6 days... For the last 2-3 months there has been either no availability, or a 1 hour slot days later. It has rendered this app useless for me. I've cancelled my subscription and changed my habits as this is simply not a usable service any more.
