About this app

The APP will include all the information useful for the healthcare professional to participate in a medical-scientific congress event. The information will be divided between those of purely scientific content, such as for example: title of the congress, contact details of the Scientific and/or Organizational Secretariat, name and titles of the organizer or of the Scientific Society and/or of the ECM/CME Provider and others, of, or of the scientific responsible, of the speakers and moderators, the scientific program, (with timetables) the satellite sessions, the lectures, the communications, the scientific posters and the useful and pertinent information.

Those of a logistical nature, such as for example: dates and times of start, duration and end of the event, address of the venue of the conference/scientific congress, of the hotels and restaurants, travel tickets, distances and types of transport available (and relative times) to and from the congress venue, any hotels and dinners included in the hospitality (offered by the Sponsor Company) and the relative maps, weather information and time zones.

Those of an informative-deontological type, such as for example: laws, rules and deontological codes that regulate the participation, arrival, departure and length of stay of participants in the scientific congress-event their obligations, responsibilities and rights, travel documentation (passports, visas, etc.) transport timetables (departure/arrival times), information on health emergencies, strikes, weather alerts.
