Work certificate
The cleaner can open work tickets from assigned assignments that have already been planned. If changes occur, she can adjust the scheduled times, add notes and have the customer sign them on site. The processing status is transmitted in real time to the back office and, if necessary, to the end customer.
Vacation and illness
The cleaner can create and manage vacation and sick notes. After the back office has approved or rejected the requests, the cleaner is informed directly in the app.
