Mentor P supports pastors on a private pastoral mentoring journey.

Record your story, track your week, and reflect on personal life, family, and ministry in a clear and supportive sequence. Your responses help the approved mentor prepare more attentive meetings and more assertive feedback.

Key features:

• Life story filled in gradually;

• Weekly assessments and reflections;

• Life, family, and ministry check-ins;

• Follow-up plan, tasks, and meetings;

• Private video call between participant and mentor;

• Internal calendar: the team opens dates and the participant confirms a time that is still available;

• Mentor P's internal calendar, without access to the device's personal calendar;

• Monthly pastoral feedback and care plan, reviewed by the administration before sending or live meeting;

• Controlled export and sharing of the revised PDF version;

• Access control and approval for changing mentors;

• Data export and deletion by the user.

The content is private and accessible only to the registered participant, the approved mentor, and the authorized administrative team, according to each person's role.

Mentor P offers pastoral support. It does not replace medical, psychological, psychiatric care, or emergency services.
