SCHEDULING AND DISPATCH
See your whole crew on one map with live drive times. Assign work, move jobs between techs, and know who's closest without calling anyone.

CUSTOMERS
Every customer, address, phone number and job history in one place. Search by name, phone or address. Bring your existing customer list with you when you sign up — import it from a spreadsheet or your old software.

ESTIMATES AND INVOICES
Build an estimate on site from your own pricebook, get it approved, turn it into an invoice, and take card payment before you leave the driveway. Payments run through Stripe — card details never touch our servers.

TEXT YOUR CUSTOMERS
Appointment confirmations, arrival windows and invoice links, sent from your own business number. Messages are held between 9pm and 8am and released the next morning, so you never text someone at midnight.

FOR THE FIELD
Works offline in a crawlspace and syncs when you get signal. Take job photos, log line items, track time. Built for gloves and cracked screens, not for a desk.

TRADE TOOLS
Gas pipe sizing, conduit fill, voltage drop, duct sizing and a plumbing code reference, all offline.

MEPflow comes out of some working MEP companies in Northwest Arkansas. Every screen exists because the alternative was worse.

What’s new

Flow comes through your AirPods. She would only ever talk out of the phone's own speaker, even with headphones connected. She now moves to Bluetooth headphones as soon as they are there, and switches over if you connect them while she is talking.

Flow no longer talks over herself. Asking her something while the screen was busy behind her could start a second call on top of the first. One call at a time now.

Fixes a crash when starting Flow on Android.
