Early Learning Ventures Parent & Pickup Mobile App Is used by both parent/guardians of childcare providers, and non-parent/guardians, that are using Early Learning Venture's Alliance CORE system.
The Parent & Pickup app allows parent(s) and guardian(s):
- Approve Attendance
- Communicate with your child’s Care Team, or administration staff
- Receive alerts for Immunizations, Medical Evaluations, etc.
- Receive/Read Provider to Parent messages
- Report a child as absent
- Request/Receive reporting
- Maintain Emergency Contact/Authorized Pickups
- Setup/ Maintain billing instructions
- Setup/Maintain billing payment methods
- Make electronic payments for childcare.
For family members authorized to drop-off and pick-up children, Child Care Providers will often have a Kiosk running in the center or home that displays a QR Code. Simply use this app to scan that QR Code, and check-in or pick-up is a snap.
