About this app

Early Learning Ventures Parent & Pickup Mobile App Is used by both parent/guardians of childcare providers, and non-parent/guardians, that are using Early Learning Venture's Alliance CORE system.

The Parent & Pickup app allows parent(s) and guardian(s):
- Approve Attendance
- Communicate with your child’s Care Team, or administration staff
- Receive alerts for Immunizations, Medical Evaluations, etc.
- Receive/Read Provider to Parent messages
- Report a child as absent
- Request/Receive reporting
- Maintain Emergency Contact/Authorized Pickups
- Setup/ Maintain billing instructions
- Setup/Maintain billing payment methods
- Make electronic payments for childcare.

For family members authorized to drop-off and pick-up children, Child Care Providers will often have a Kiosk running in the center or home that displays a QR Code. Simply use this app to scan that QR Code, and check-in or pick-up is a snap.

Ratings and reviews

It could be more user friendly. I've used a few other parent / teacher apps, being an educator myself, maybe allow teachers to post the classroom schedule, the calendar as well as any updates to our children's day. General updates such as closings, emergency pick ups, holiday events and the lunch menu should be accessible via the app as well😊. Overall, I appreciate having updates on my baby. Thank you.

Limited. If you've used other childcare apps, you'll be stepping down when you open ELV Parent & Pickup. The bad: Notifications aren't reliable. I have them all enabled and only get some, occasionally, when the app is open. Kinda defeats the purpose? You can't message staff from within the app. Auto Pay is automatically on. You can't turn it off. You can't see when your child started their nap until after they've woken up. You can't share your child's daily summaries with family.

Cant login via app but can login through web browser. Tried resetting security pin multiple times. The app won't continue to create a new pin when using the temporary pin.Support was not helpful and kept saying use the right pin.
