To enroll for MercMobile™, sign on to Mercantile Online Banking and click on the Mobile Banking link. Agree to the MercMobile™ Agreement and complete the enrollment process.

I just got a new phone number, and the app won't let me change my info through settings without sending an SMS text to my DEACTIVATED number. Worthless. I really thought this app was decent for online banking, too. Guess I have to close my account with you idiots as well, since you can't seem to get your online banking app to actually work, and you charge a fee for anyone who understandably doesn't want to bother with this app.

This app has never worked for me. I have been trying to do remote deposit for over a year. I've talked to the tech people and it still doesn't work. Other functions of the mobile app seem to be okay, just no remote deposit. Udate: Tech. support fixed something and now I can deposit checks too. Unfortunately, all of my "bill-pay" addresses have been deleted.

I would give this app 5 stars except it requires frequent password changes. It is extremely frustrating and annoying. And reusing previous passwords isn't allowed. Tonight I got locked out of my account because I could not rememer my current password, and every time I tried to reset it, I got looped back to the login screen. Eventually, it locked me out. My next step is to call customer service, which, of course, is closed for the night. None of my other apps require password changes.
