App not compatible with many devices, especially Motorola. Mobile deposit service can't read a very clearly printed check properly without rejecting them and the email notification doesn't let you know which deposit is rejected if you happen to make more than one at a time and it takes two business days to post mobile deposits to verify yourself, unlike next day with other institutions. 3 stars instead of 1 is because the app is easy to log into and navigate when not offline.

I would give this a 5 star but just recently the app quit working. It won't even open. If I click it all it does is shows a white screen like it might open but kicks you back to the home screen on the phone. My fiancé is having this same issue. We have been using this app for a long time and would like to keep using it.

Horrible app. Never works for mobile deposit. Bank is no help when it comes to mobile deposit and doesn't care. App is generally down at least a few days a month which makes it entirely impossible to access your account data without going in person.
