I've been playing this game well over a year. I had to reset my phone and when I re-downloaded this game now I can't connect my account to Facebook. So I'm on the beginning instead of far ahead where I should be. I've played almost 300 hours and I can't connect to my old account. I had contacted support 4 times and got no response, they keep deleting my support messages 😒 😤 I want my old account back. I have invested a lot of time playing this game. Customer support is nearly non existent. I appreciate the mini games and other ways to earn stars and energy, most games aren't this generous with that. But its frustrating to play when you lose prizes, glitches break the game, other game features don't work.

0ne player, merge games, relaxing and people don't need to be kept reminded of how to play game. You should have a button to turn off tutorial and reminders. Other than that it is a great game.
