Absolutely horrible app. It doesn't sync from website to app or vice versa. Photos can't be seen at a glance. Wouldn't recommend this app. If you're a company think 2x about this app for your employees. I was on-site at a location when I dropped my phone & it broke. I bought a new phone & downloaded the app. To no avail all of my HARD WORK WASN'T SHOWING UP. I googled this company & it states that the information entered is only avail. on the phone you started it on. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!!!!

extremely slow upload speeds. takes ages to get a video to upload to my reports. took nearly 30 minutes to do the last one. and you can't exit app and let it work in background because it stops working if you do. so your phone is useless to you while it's uploading. I'd like for it to at least be able to work in the background so I can do other things while my reports are uploading.

I like the app. And I don't know if this is a regional thing or what. But on every device I've used to run this app half the time I can't sign in. I end up having to force close clear the cache clear the data sign it again and sometimes it works. I thought maybe this was my old phone but this occurs on all of our work tablets as well as my new phone. Possibly an issue with Android OS
