The MDSS app is a mobile application for the Pooled Fund Study
Maintenance Decision Support System (MDSS). It is designed to provide
mobile access to information that supports transportation winter
maintenance decision making, including route-specific winter maintenance
recommendations, weather and pavement forecasts, and observational data
to include FAA/NWS and RWIS observations, weather maps, and camera images.

Account access is required. Organizations can subscribe to the MDSS service through DTN to enable access for their personnel. Contact DTN for subscription information.

DTN is the developer and provider of this App. DTN is not affiliated with any government agency. However, most users of this application are government customers of DTN providing them with weather and road condition information to support operations on the road.

Still not loading. I uninstalled, reinstalled twice. It's great, when it works...

It has potential, but crashes all the time. Usually get a notification that it's crashing while stuff is loading. Slow response. Weather is never accurate, should've started snowing more than an hour ago. It's got nice features, just needs to be fixed.

This app keeps crashing will not load properly. Also it continues to run in the back ground draining my cell phone battery. The weather forecast and maintenance of highways are always off in reporting the correct weather.
