resetting your account everytime they change the app is an absolute nightmare. Also have asked for an easy way to tell what is happening with my rewards...no use. I've also referred so many people and so many times have not received the promised rewards. Total hassle. Otherwise everything else about them is great. Good friendly service, great rates and easy to use app, when settled.
