This app is designed for the use of medical professionals who are involved in Heart Team meeting prior to Transcatheter Aortic Valve Implantation (TAVI) / Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR) procedures.

The app calculates the range of percentage (%) under or over sizing for bioprosthetic Transcatheter Heart Valve (THV) sizes based on MSCT-derived Aortic Annulus Area (in mm²).

🔹 New Feature:
We’ve introduced support for commissural alignment planning to help clinicians evaluate and plan valve alignment more effectively during THV procedures. This enhancement offers improved decision support and reflects recent clinical practice updates.

Please note: The final decision regarding THV implant size and positioning should always be made by the multidisciplinary Heart Team, based on comprehensive anatomical assessment including conventional MSCT aortic root measurements, extent of calcification, and other patient-specific clinical considerations.
