High ease of use but I cannot find my account number and Mertitus' routing number in app. Not sure if that info is not available, or I'm not looking in the right place... I have it in a paper folder at home, but that isn't super convenient. Love that Zelle is included in app as well as mobile deposit. The prompt does remind you to endorse your check (for mobile deposit) but doesn't include the specific verbiage they'd like for it to be endorsed with. That would be helpful to me☺️
The app (at least tonight) kicked me out twice, then was very slow to come up to login. Then I was requested to change my password! Your system took a good bit to accept the new password. As for the program itself, one item I'd like to see added, would be have the bank send a notification when charges post, like Chase bank does for their clientele. Also, one my monthly checks is SUPPOSED to post on the first of each month, it has repeatedly posted after that date, and YES I contacted the bank!

Love being able to check my balance without having to log in. Relatively easy to transfer $ between accounts. Overall decent app. Although, I really hate not being able to log in at the times I need to transfer money, mostly between midnight and 3am. Direct deposits clear at midnight but I don't have access to transfer, pay bills, or withdraw $ until after 2:30 every single month. It happens more than just payday, but always after midnight. Edit: Haven't been able to open since the last update
