About this app

Mero Ausadi keeps your medicine record in one place, so you are not relying on memory or a drawer full of paper bills.

When you buy from a pharmacy that uses Mero Ausadi, your purchase appears in the app by itself. Nothing to scan, nothing to type in. You see what you bought, what the pharmacist told you to take, what it cost, and when the next repeat is due.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

My medicines
See every medicine you have been given, newest first, with the dosage your pharmacist wrote: how much, how many times a day, before or after food, and for how many days. Search by name, or filter by pharmacy and date.

Medicine details
Tap any medicine to see its strength and form, when you last bought it, and which pharmacy it came from, with their address and a number you can call with one tap.

Invoices
Every bill, itemised. What each item cost, the discount, the total, and what you paid. Useful when you need to claim on insurance, or simply want to check a figure.

Refill reminders
Repeat medicines run out on a predictable day. The app works out when yours will, and reminds you a few days ahead so you are not making an emergency trip at nine at night.

Health records
Keep readings such as blood pressure, blood sugar and weight in one list, and see how they move over time. You can add your own, and your pharmacist can add theirs if you allow it.

Lab reports
Reports uploaded for you by your pharmacy can be opened and read in the app, so they are not lost in a folder at home.

Your profile
Name, date of birth, sex, height and weight, all optional, and all editable whenever you like.

HOW IT WORKS

Sign in with your phone number and a one time code. Your account is identified by that number, so a purchase made at the counter finds its way to your phone without anybody typing your details twice.

Your records come from pharmacies running the Mero Ausadi pharmacy software. If a shop you use is not on it yet, its purchases will not appear here, though anything you record yourself still will.

Dates are shown in Bikram Sambat throughout, because that is the calendar the bill was written in.

PRIVACY

Your name and phone number are encrypted where they are stored, and the phone number is also kept as a one way hash so it can be looked up without being readable.

Each pharmacy can only reach its own records, enforced by the database itself rather than by the app alone.

We do not sell your data, we do not share it with advertisers, and there is no advertising or tracking in this app.

The app asks for permission to send notifications, and that is all. It does not ask for your location, your contacts, your photos or your microphone. If you refuse notifications, everything else still works.

You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time, from meroausadi.com/delete-account.

PLEASE NOTE

Mero Ausadi is a record of what you were dispensed. It does not diagnose anything, it does not prescribe, and it is not a substitute for advice from your doctor or pharmacist. Always follow what they tell you. If the app and your pharmacist disagree, your pharmacist is right.

The app is free. There are no in app purchases and no subscription.
