Terrible app. Constantly freezing, not loading correctly, or just throws up errors messages constantly. I always hit remember sign in, doesn't work. I've had to reset my password a minimum of 4 times. Can be very frustrating when trying to move moneys around/see where I'm at. I'm very knowledgeable with new tech and apps so I know its not a user problem. Genuinely bad functionality with this app. And they give you no choice but to use it. Old app was better. 0/5 stars 👎🏻

One star only because I wrote a review yesterday and it was deleted. It added useful features at the expense of the user interface. It's absolutely HORRIBLE!! Why can't you separate my accounts by account number, not type?! I just did a transfer to another account and I don't think I put it in the right account. So, I transferred it to the account it should've gone to and now the balances don't look even remotely correct. I'll be finding another credit union if this is how they're going to be.

I was logged in for over a year with no problems. Suddenly it logs me out and I can't log in without a phone number that I haven't had in almost a year. I tried contacting support and it wasn't helpful, there's apparently nothing they can do. I can't make a new account either, they said I have to go all the way to the bank to change the phone number. That's ridiculous. DUDE!! ITS BEEN LIKE 3 MONTHS AND STILL NOT FIXED.
