HelloTime Attend is the worker app for HelloTime — a modern workforce attendance, time-tracking, and mileage platform built for Indian small and mid-sized businesses. Replace paper registers, biometric machines, and clunky WhatsApp check-ins with one app that just works — even when the network doesn't.
FREE PLAN
Free for small businesses. No credit card. Includes face clock-in, GPS geofencing, mileage tracking, leave requests, and meeting recording. Your employer upgrades to a paid plan on the HelloTime web app if they need advanced reporting or larger teams — you are never charged personally.
WHY TEAMS SWITCH TO HELLOTIME
- Face + liveness clock-in stops buddy-punching. The face match runs on your phone — your biometric template never leaves the device.
- GPS geofence around every site, branch, and project. Workers can't clock in from home or from the parking lot down the road.

PRIVACY & SECURITY
We take data protection seriously. HelloTime is SOC 2 Type II certified. Your data is stored on Microsoft Azure (Mumbai region for Indian customers, US-East for US customers). Face templates are matched on-device and are never used for advertising, training models, or shared with third parties. The local database on your phone is encrypted with SQLCipher and a per-install 256-bit key held in the Android Keystore. You can revoke any permission (camera, location, microphone) from your phone settings without uninstalling — only the matching feature stops working.
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask for it to be deleted. Email hello@hellobooks.ai with the subject "DPDP Request" and we respond within 15 days.
