My Procedures gives you access to all the information you need as a citizen to understand your rights and complete your administrative procedures.
The My Procedures app is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the French government or any public agency. We are an independent company focused on providing information about administrative procedures.
Our app does not offer any in-app purchases and does not transmit any data. It offers, in an app-optimized format, the open-source content of https://www.service-public.gouv.fr/ (formerly service-public.fr).
The "Your Rights" section provides information on procedures carried out at town halls or various public services:
- Birth or marriage certificate
- Identity card and passport
- Vehicle registration and driver's license
- Application for a residence permit in France (at the prefecture)
- Travel and exit permit from the Ministry of the Interior
There is a clear division to help you find the procedure you are interested in:
Family: CAF (Family Allowance Fund), family allowances, childcare…
Social and Health: Health insurance card, RSA (Active Solidarity Income), Activity Bonus, Social Security…
Transportation: Vehicle inspections, fines, anti-pollution measures…
Employment: Workers' rights, fixed-term/permanent contracts, apprenticeships…
Housing: Tenants' rights, urban planning/local urban development plan, rental charges…
Money: Savings accounts (Livret A, LDD), taxes, insurance, and bank accounts…
Justice: Filing a complaint, going to court, theft, discrimination…
And much more.
In the simulator section, you will have access to a calculator for housing benefits, child support, and income tax withholding… we will add new social welfare simulators regularly.
With the "Map" feature, you can find the nearest town hall to complete your administrative procedures. We will soon add prefectures and other services so that you always have your nearest public service available in the application.
With the "Vault," you can securely and encryptedly store your family's important documents: passports, identity cards, family record book, etc.
We thank the public service for providing a wealth of data and information on administrative procedures.
