MESSA’s mobile app gives you easy access to your MESSA health benefits anytime and anywhere. The MESSA app brings your MyMESSA member account experience to your fingertips, providing information on:

* Your MESSA benefits
* Deductible status
* Explanation of benefits (EOBs)
* Claims
* Digital MESSA card
* HealthEquity health savings account balance

You can also use the MESSA app to connect with MESSA’s Michigan-based Member Service Center via phone or live chat. And the convenient “Find Care” tool helps you find an in-network provider or facility, taking the guesswork out of finding the care you need.

Ratings and reviews

I can never log in using the app. I have to log in through the website. I deleted the app and reinstalled it, it still doesn't work.

Unusable, uninstall. UI is a mess. Can't find things that are available online, hard to even navigate to what you want. Their website is no great shakes, but this is infinitely worse.

Nice app for MESSA members. Quick and easy access to your insurance and claim information. Nice clean interface.
