Welcome to Mess Pro – Your Ultimate Mess Management Solution

The management of mess memberships is often manual and paper-based, leading to inefficiencies such as
- Time-Consuming Processes: Manual tracking of meals and memberships is labor-intensive.
- Errors and Inaccuracies: Paper records are prone to mistakes and can be easily lost or damaged.
- Lack of Analytics: Mess owners lack insights into meal consumption patterns and business performance.

To solving these problems we have launched :
Mess Pro - Mess Membership Management Application tailored for mess owners. The key features of our system include:

Digital Memberships and Coupons:
- Users purchase memberships in cash from the mess owner & owner creates user membership records and provide them an equivalent number of coupons that the user has paid for.
- Each coupon represents one meal, eliminating the need for physical tokens.
- 1 Coupon = 1 Time Meal ( i.e Morning / Afternoon / Night )
- Mess owners can create meal plans according to this for there mess lets say if you have 1 month membership and you are giving away 1 time meal / day then mess owner can create meal plan with 30 coupons.
- Mess owner can create mess, can add meal plans for there messes, can add memberships for there users
- Once users membership is created they will automatically gets assigned with that much of coupons that was selected by mess owner while creating membership.

Dynamic QR Code System:
- Then we have added unique feature to log the daily meals of the mess member by scanning QR.
- User present a dynamic QR code when they come for a meal.
- Mess owners scan the QR code to deduct a coupon automatically & there entry will be logged.

Real-Time Updates and Alerts:
- Both mess owners and students receive alerts when coupons are low or exhausted. ( currently we are sending on email but we will surely add new features to include push notifications etc )
- Ensures timely renewals and continuous service without interruption.

Analytics and Reporting:
- Mess owners receive monthly reports on meal consumption and other relevant metrics.
- Helps in making informed business decisions and optimising operations.

User Logs:
- User can view their meal consumption history.
- Provides transparency and helps members manage their meal plans effectively.
- Users can even purchase multiple memberships from multiple messes & can keep a track of their consumption history.
