About this app

iMesteri is the application through which you quickly find trusted craftsmen for repairs and work at home, directly from your phone. You post a request for help, describe the problem, and interested craftsmen send you offers. You choose the right offer for you, pay the platform fee and receive the craftsman's contact details to establish the details of the work.
How it works for clients
You create a request for help in a few minutes (e.g. plumbing, electrical, renovations).
You describe the problem and choose the field of work and location.
You receive offers from craftsmen who work in your area.
See the ratings and reviews of craftsmen before choosing.
You choose the right offer and, after paying the platform fee, you receive the craftsman's contact details (phone, email, address).
You keep the history of requests and can return to craftsmen with whom you worked well.
How it works for craftsmen
You create your craftsman profile with your fields of activity and work area.
See relevant requests in your area and send price offers.
You pay a platform fee only when a client accepts your offer and you want to see their contact details.
You receive ratings and reviews from clients, which help you gain trust and more work.
You can have both a client and a craftsman role in the same account, and switch between them from your profile settings.

Security and data protection
Your contact details and exact address are protected and become visible to the craftsman only after you accept an offer and pay the platform fee.
Passwords are encrypted and connections are secured (HTTPS).
You can request at any time: access to your data, rectification or update, deletion of your account and data, directly from the application (button "Delete account" in Settings) or by email to [e-mail].
