HOW IT WORKS
• You create a request for help (e.g. TV installation, plumbing, painting) - publishing is free.
• You choose the contact method: immediately (craftsmen can call you) or through offers (you choose the craftsman).
• Craftsmen in the area send you offers; when you accept, see the contact details and schedule the work.
• The work is arranged directly between you and the craftsman.
FOR CUSTOMERS
• Clear requests, with field of activity and location.
• Offers from nearby craftsmen.
• Notifications for offers and messages.
• Request history.
FOR CRAFTSMEN
• New requests in your area, in your fields (assembly, installations, repairs, etc.).
• Send offers for free; clients contact you after acceptance (or call you if they chose immediate contact).
• Manage ongoing requests and mark the work as completed.
