Met is a personal networking app built for founders, investors, and professionals who meet a lot of people and need to remember them.
You meet someone at a conference. Great conversation. Two weeks later you want to reach out, but you can't remember their name, their company, or what you talked about. Your phone contacts have nothing. You do nothing.
Met fixes this. Capture who you met in seconds. Add voice context while it's fresh. Find anyone weeks later by searching any fragment of what you remember.

CAPTURE: THREE WAYS, UNDER 10 SECONDS
Business card scanner: point your camera at any business card. Met reads it with on-device OCR and extracts name, job title, company, email, phone, website, LinkedIn URL, and address automatically. Under 10 seconds from card to contact.
LinkedIn QR code scanner: ask them to show their QR code and scan it. No connection request, no LinkedIn login required. The profile URL is captured instantly.
Quick manual add: type a name. That is the only required field. Everything else is optional and can be added now or later.
VOICE NOTES THAT BECOME SEARCHABLE TEXT
Right after meeting someone, tap record and speak for 20 seconds. "Works at Speedinvest, does Series A B2B. Mentioned he knows Mahdi. Into watches. Reach out after launch." Faster than typing three words.
Met transcribes every voice note directly on-device using Whisper AI. No audio ever leaves your phone. No internet required. The transcription is added to the search index. Two weeks later, searching "VC watches" finds the right person, even though you only ever spoke that word.
Three quality levels: Low (75 MB), Medium (150 MB), High (490 MB), all running entirely offline.

Right after capture, Met prompts for context no other contacts app collects: voice note, text note, event tag, category, follow-up flag, and photo.

Search hits everything at once: names, companies, job titles, text notes, voice note transcripts, categories, and event names.

"INSIDEOUT" shows everyone from that event.
"Mahdi" surfaces anyone you mentioned Mahdi about in any note.
Filter by category, by event, and by follow-up flag.

Every coffee, call, and meeting gets logged as an interaction. Each has a title, date, voice note, and text note, all transcribed and searchable. A complete relationship history, not a static card.

Create an event before you go. Everyone you add gets tagged to it automatically. Pull up every person from that event with one tap. Set a default event once and forget about it for the day.

25 categories across Business and Personal modes. Met reads job titles and company names and assigns a category using a local classifier. No internet required. Up to two categories per person. Filter by both simultaneously.
