In asbestos-containing building materials survey required by asbestos-containing building materials surveyors, it is possible to store a large amount of material data related to the survey, such as drawings, in a tablet and use the tablet to conduct an on-site survey.
In the field survey, you can record the survey data for each part, shoot with the camera function (blackboard setting possible), and plot the survey position on the imported drawing. By plotting, it is possible to specify the survey position and prevent survey omissions, and at the same time, the plotted plot can be attached to the survey report as it is.
On the WEB, you can register the orderer, basic information on the survey plan, survey plan, drawing, etc. In the survey plan, you can also set the sampling plan with a list for each part. In the report output menu, the asbestos preliminary survey report, asbestos preliminary survey report (ASAver), and analysis request form can be output in Excel format based on the survey data.
In addition, it is possible to output the CSV batch file of the GBiz report that must be submitted before construction. (There is an edit screen for entering additional items required for GBiz submission.) The plotted drawing (asbestos location map) has an edit function (graphic depiction), and it is also possible to depict the extent of impact according to the content level.
Investigation information that must be stored is not managed in an orderly manner. By storing data in the cloud, anyone can view it for each project at any time, such as when the company management space is tight due to a large number of files such as paper and electronic files. In addition, there is also a cooperating company registration function, and cooperating companies that have registered for a project can only operate the corresponding project, and reports can also be exchanged on the cloud.
