About this app

The Construction Calculator helps bricklayers, foremen, and construction professionals estimate materials before and during the job—with practical results for the construction site.

What you calculate:
• Walls and fences: blocks/bricks, mortar, water
• Finishing: plaster, rendering, or both—with configurable thicknesses
• Reinforcement: columns, pilasters, rebar, stirrups (4.2 to 20 mm), and tie beams
• Foundation: concrete and reinforcement when there is no foundation yet
• Grout or concrete for pilasters and reinforced columns

How it works: Step-by-step assistant, designed for mobile phones: wall type, measurements, foundation, blocks, columns, finishing, and measurement method (18 L buckets or trowels).

Results that make sense in the work
• Cement in buckets or shovels, equivalent to 50 kg bags
• Sand, gravel and water estimated according to the mix design
• Steel bars in the commercial standard of 12 m
• Dosage instructions for the bricklayer

Technical basis
Calculations guided by Brazilian civil construction standards (NBR 13281, 15823, 15961-1, 16868, 6118, 7480 and others), to support the planning of the work.
