The app does not let you sign in on Android. I have tried multiple times unsuccessfully even after resetting the password. I verified my credentials on the website and it's an app problem. It is really disappointing since it seems this issue has been around for years according to other reviews.

Your app doesn't want to work well with Android phones, my second phone since RA started with his own app. function well with Apple because my daughter use Apple's. Ya need to fix this. So if you new to the app, I highly recommend you not to buy the whole year. I wasted one year on the app. Try using Month to month then you can cancel if it doesn't work. If also could be just my phone. But I doubt is a brand new Android. Isn't my internet connection. I HAVE 5G SPOT omg that sounds terrible.😂

It's a great app but lately we have some issues to login in. Please keep us posted with the next update. Sergio
