Ratings and reviews

Pro: this app is a great way to manage my voicemail, superior in fact to managing it from my desk phone. That was a surprise and is enough reason for me to keep the app installed on my phone for the duration of the time it's available to us. Con: call quality is terrible. Listening to calls is rough but acceptable. Voices are quiet, but satisfactory quality and only break-up occasionally. However, speaking on calls is so bad through the app that literally everyone I've tried speaking with has complained to me that I was heard to hear and breaking up. I don't have any quality issues with my normal cell calls, nor with ENA calls at my desk phone -- only through the app. So I've had to give up using it for calls, which was really the primary purpose for installing the app initially. Now I just use it as an enhanced voicemail management tool.

Call quality is bad and I don't like that it downloads the entire company directory into my phone. And then if I have any names that are similar between my personal contacts in the company directory, it combines them. And then I don't know who I'm texting. It's terrible. The only reason I use this app is because I have to for work sometimes otherwise I wouldn't. And I take it off my phone between uses just to keep my contacts straight. Plus it drains battery like a beast. 0 stars from me.

This app is awful. The text messaging is completely useless if you have an Android, specifically Google Pixel. You can't read or send text messages, because when you try to open its SMS, it would just crash every single time. I've tried contacting their customer service and no one answers - how professional, considering this app is used for work! It's so frustrating!
