Ratings and reviews

I've been using this for several years now - but quite a lot more lately, working mostly from my home office. All in all, it has worked quite well - tho lately, I've had some consistent issues both placing calls and having calls ring in (neither worked well, but then voicemail would show up). That has gotten noticeably better recently, so hopefully that stays solid. Additionally, the text/chat only works with internal group numbers. Would be nice to text external numbers, also.

Does not work well with my Android. Constantly reports an error and disconnects and tells me I have a service issue. I also have metronet internet service, which I have no complaints about, so problem seems to be with app itself. When I open the app again, it reconnects and can call out fine and stays connected, but within 30 seconds of inactivity on my phone, it disconnects again.

The app works alright for keeping your cellphone number private by showing your voip desk phone number on the outside caller ID. Not as useful as it used to be as one of the recent updates has made it so when going to the call log it shows the internal voip calls as department callerID numbers/names rather than the individual extensions, which is the whole reason I got the app in the first place. Now I'm back to calling a department and asking stupidly who called me when they don't leave a vm!
