I tried to top up was successful and debited but received nothing on the app, the most annoying thing is the customer support no single form of help, well thanks for pushing me to find a better app..

Took a while to get my OTP, I had to wait till midnight to do it again, and after that, it was seamless. Great app if you correct this part

you can't do anything useful apart from purchasing, the app can't even send a prompt message to update you during price increase or usage or show subscribe data history, any payment from a 3rd party doesn't update on the app transaction history, or usage balance.
