Nice and easy to use. However, metertoken developers have refused to refund my N6,500 naira after a failed transaction experienced a year ago when they made use of flutterwave for their wallet top ups. Several efforts put in to recover my money have failed and they claimed to be ignorant of that transaction till today. This is really unfair I must say...

The app is an amazing app because you can stay in your home and perform any form of transaction you intend to do, but I have a problem with the app there should be a way to send money in the app wallet to a bank account even if there's gonna be extra charges, please you guys should fix that, I mistakenly send more than what i intended to send to the wallet and there's no place in the app where I can transfer the money to My account and I paid a POS person to do that but the person sent more

This app is trash. Everytime you attempt to do something, an error occurs. & worst of all, their customer support staff never responds. When they finally do, they are rude. I tried to top up my wallet my bank account was debited but the wallet never got credited. I have been contacting support & they refused to respond. Fix up!!!
