The app is an amazing app because you can stay in your home and perform any form of transaction you intend to do, but I have a problem with the app there should be a way to send money in the app wallet to a bank account even if there's gonna be extra charges, please you guys should fix that, I mistakenly send more than what i intended to send to the wallet and there's no place in the app where I can transfer the money to My account and I paid a POS person to do that but the person sent more

This app is trash. Everytime you attempt to do something, an error occurs. & worst of all, their customer support staff never responds. When they finally do, they are rude. I tried to top up my wallet my bank account was debited but the wallet never got credited. I have been contacting support & they refused to respond. Fix up!!!
