Method Rewards Staff is the staff-side app for Method Rewards, a wallet-pass loyalty program for restaurants and bars.

Behind the counter it does one job well: bring up a customer's loyalty card and record their visit, in the few seconds you have while they wait.

WHAT IT DOES
- Scan the QR code on a customer's Google Wallet or Apple Wallet pass
- Look them up by name or phone when a screen is too dim to scan
- Record a visit, redeem a reward, or undo a mistake
- Torch control, because a phone screen in a dark bar is hard to read

SET UP A VENUE PHONE WITH ONE CODE
A manager generates a pairing code in the Method Rewards dashboard and types it into the phone. The device is then signed in for that venue. No personal Google account, no password taped under the till, and any device can be unpaired on its own.

BUILT FOR A SHARED DEVICE
Every visit and redemption is written to an append-only ledger, so the history of a card cannot be quietly rewritten. What each person can do is enforced by their role: staff record visits and redemptions; adjusting a balance is a manager's decision.
