About this app

Método Obra is the system for managing and controlling architectural projects from your cell phone. Organize the tracking of the construction process stage by stage, record each site visit, and document everything with photographic evidence.

WORK AS A TEAM — 3 ROLES
• Director (owner): full control. Creates projects, invites the team, records, edits, and deletes.

• Collaborator: records visits, completes checklists, and uploads photos. Cannot delete.

• Client: views progress, visits, checklists, and photos. Read-only.

URUGUAY AND ARGENTINA
The app adapts to each country's regulations: you select the country of the project, and the checklists and tips adjust accordingly (CIRSOC, AEA, ENARGAS, IERIC/ART in Argentina; local regulations in Uruguay).

Método Obra is a guide and reference tool that organizes and documents construction control. It does not replace the technical decisions of the project manager or professional advice.

• Tus fotos ahora se respaldan en la nube: si cambiás de teléfono, vuelven solas.
• Dividí una etapa en sectores (losa planta baja, losa planta alta) y llevá el checklist de cada uno por separado.
• Marcá un ítem como "Listo para inspección" para controlarlo en tu próxima visita.
• Enviá por correo el informe de visita, el acta de recepción y el historial en Excel.
