FSM also offers robust mobile field service applications. These are currently available for Android, iOS, and Windows laptops and tables, and Android and iOS smart phones. The app will notify your field technicians when they are assigned a job, allowing them to accept the jobs as they come in. They can also create new jobs in the app.

After finishing the job, technicians can enter labor and expenses, as well as take pictures and videos. They will also be able to submit signatures and payments, decreasing service-to-invoice cycle time. The mobile application will also let them control their stock. They can receive parts to their truck, order new parts, and transfer or send stock to a warehouse or repair center.

Using our location services, technicians can get turn-by-turn driving directions. Their location can be tracked for scheduling and safety. If they don’t have the part they need, they can find it in another service truck or warehouse. Our technology supports users working both online and offline. This allows them to use the app wherever they are working: in a hospital, underground or on top of a mountain.
