this app is absolutely useless. it's slow, unreliable and when I wasn't given points I earned in spite of adding proper coupons, I contacted them and they make you run around in circles when clearly this program is giving all customers issues. I don't even bother using it anymore and honestly, I don't shop here as often now that I've seen how it's all run. used to be my favorite place to shop, definitely falling into last place.

Once you open this application, there is no option to close it. They even remove icons at the bottom of the phone. Now your phone is 100% dedicated to Food Basic and to nothing else. The best festure is that you still can restart your phone. Maybe at the next update they remove this option to have you focused only on Food Basic.

Not able to sign in my account so I can't make use of any coupons. When I try to reset my password under the "forgotten password" which is saved by Google so I don't know why it's incorrect I don't get a reset email/link to do so. After more than 20 requests I have given up. The app with the new update to the MOI card makes the app unworkable. I will now be deleting this App.
