This is the worst financial company ever, do not download, do not use it, I guarantee you'll regret it. soon as you add money into your wallet, they'll freez it immediately. Their customer service is the worst ever, no customer service during the weekend, and no customer service after 6 pm. my account was frozen 72 times, within 6 months of using this app. I'm about to use the power of SOCIAL MEDIA to let Sierra leoneans aware because this Vault Services might be a potential scam.

I would like your team to be more prompt in sending verification code to users after logging in or singing up cause the process usually takes hours before being sent and when it finally comes it has already expired making it unusable and leaving users (myself) impatient to continue use of the app in the near future. Please take this into consideration for the betterment of all. So, as of now, I'll just give a 2 star review

The app just lock money up, explaining to customer service they need personal information which at times it is difficult to obtain. Imagine after a client pays in your shop and left then later you can't withdraw the money because they need passport picture!! How will you get the client? Vult may be a partner in crime to extort businesses, I will not recommend to anyone. Too much frustrations.
