I paid the account activation fee, but my account was never activated. The payment went through, yet I still can't access the service I paid for. This is frustrating, especially when you're paying specifically to have the account activated. Customer support should resolve payment and activation issues promptly instead of leaving customers stuck waiting.

Very bad, not useful at all. I regret pay for a service only to be told that wasn't the request and therefore told to to up more money because part of the paid amount was utilized for another service. feel short changed. Everything is paying yet on other CRB platforms you pay one off fees of 100/= for credit score and who listed. VERY BAD SERVICE, IMPROVE.

Horroble experience. App keeps flashing. Cant even see my rating. Apparently, they also ask you to pay 100kes if you need your CRB updated even in instances where you have a batch number. pure scam. Nipashe by Transunion is a far superior app and offers better customer experience.
